GDSFX Catalytic Fixed Gas Detectors open a new chapter in industrial safety by offering superior sensitivity and reliability in the detection of combustible gases. GDSFX Catalytic series instruments utilize catalytic sensor technology to detect the leakage of various combustible gases such as methane, propane and hydrogen. These sensors have a catalyst surface where combustible gases react with oxygen and use the heat difference in the reaction to quickly and accurately detect gases at risk of fire.
The LCD display provides users with instant gas readings, instrument status and alarm information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. The display’s user-friendly interface allows easy configuration of instrument settings and alarm limits. Modbus RS485 communication capabilities allow the detector to be integrated into control systems and monitored remotely, so plant staff can easily monitor multiple detectors from a centralized location.
